Denise and Debbie spent the day with these two in their hometown. We hit Strawbridge Lake with the dog and then moved into town to the fire station where Andrew volunteers. Always a pleasure this time of year and then having full access to the fire station, we could not ask for anymore fun! Looking forward to their wedding in the fall.

Most people would cringe at the thought of going back to high school, not these two! I spent the day with this beautiful couple as they took me back to the place where they met and fell in love in a Spanish classroom. He was on the wrestling team, and now in the Marines! The two have been together for six years and are absolutely adorable. Thank you to Council Rock high school for giving us access to the school!

We started our afternoon at the steps of Chris and Emily’s apartment and walked around the neighborhood. It really made us miss the days when we both lived in the city. Philadelphia has such wonderful character, it was like she was another subject to photograph. After stopping by The Rose Tattoo Cafe, The Philadelphia Art Museum and the location where Chris proposed, we ended our session inside their apartment.

I would like to start by saying that the original idea came from our future groom who told us he did not want all the images to be “kissing pictures.” We found a location in Ocean City NJ that had a football field a block away from the boardwalk. Once the Jerseys we ordered and made, we picked a date in the MIDDLE of winter for our secret shoot. We had so much fun and can not wait for their wedding in a few months. Once we were asked to be part of the bridal magazine, we asked Tommy to write a little something abut his experience….
